Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest most economical way possible. We offer four shipping options:

FedEx Ground®, FedEx 2Day®, FedEx Priority Overnight® & FedEx SameDay®.

Delivery through FedEx SameDay®. is only available by calling Customer Service at (972) 690-1590. See the FedEx website at www.fedex.com for details on services and applicable money-back guarantees. Customer pick up from our warehouse is available in certain circumstances and must be arranged by calling customer service directly at (972) 690-1590.

Ground Shipping

FedEx Ground shipping is available in all fifty states. For commercial and residential addresses, FedEx will guarantee the day of delivery. However, scheduled delivery days may occasionally be revised due to volume and/or distribution.

For newly registered customers, a shipping and handling fee will be applied to your order. Plase note:

    • Additional freight may be assessed on oversized or bulk orders.
    • All hazardous materials may have longer delivery periods and are subject to additional fees. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped air freight.
    • All orders ship by ground transportation, unless otherwise requested.
    • Fox Micro International ships to U.S. addresses only.
    • Fox Micro International ships to APO or FPO addresses.

 

Two Business-Day Shipping

FedEx 2 Day shipping is available in all fifty states. FedEx 2Day delivers by 4:30 p.m. in two business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).


***To use this option, the items in your order must be in stock and you must place your order no later than 2:00pm in CST time zone to ship the same day for second business-day delivery. For example, if you place your order by 2:00pm on a Monday, it will reach your destination on Wednesday.***

Freight is calculated based on weight and zip code. It will be added to your order as goods ship.

    • 2nd day shipping is not available on all items.
    • Additional freight may be assessed on oversized or bulk orders.
    • Fox Micro International ship to foreign countries.
    • Fox Micro International ships to APO or FPO addresses.

 

Overnight Delivery

Overnight delivery via FedEx Priority Overnight is available in all fifty states. FedEx Priority Overnight provides next business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas. Overnight delivery is only available by calling Customer Service at (972) 690-1590.


***To use this option,the items in your order must be in stock and you must place your order no later than 2:00pm CST for next day delivery. For example, if you place your order by 2:00pm CST on a Monday, it will reach your destination on Tuesday (actual time dependent on destination).***

 SameDay Delivery

SameDay delivery via FedEx SameDay is available in all fifty states. FedEx SameDay provides same business-day delivery by next flight out to most U.S. addresses; SameDay delivery is only available by calling Customer Service at (972) 690-1590.


***To use this option,the items in your order must be in stock and you must place your order ASAP for next flight delivery. For example, if you place your order by 8:00am CST on a Monday, it will reach your destination on Monday (actual time dependent on destination).***

    • Airfreight options are not available on all products.
    • Orders for items with available stock required to be shipped by airfreight (next day or two day programs) must be placed no later than 2:00pm CST in order to ship the same business day.
    • Certain heavy or oversized items may take longer to arrive and cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states
    • Fox Micro International does not ship to foreign countries.
    • We do not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

Returns and Replacements

In order to serve you as efficiently as possible, the Fox Micro International Return Policy incorporates several major advantages including:

We make every effort to issue approved credits in five working days following receipt of returned merchandise or manufacturer's acceptance. 

Overall Guidelines

Before any product or material may be returned, written approval must be obtained from a Fox Micro International Customer Care Representative at (972) 690-1590. Following approval, merchandise should be ready for shipping.

Credit will be issued less additional freight charges incurred and re-stock fees if applicable. 

Merchandise Returned Within 14 Calendar Days of Purchase

Upon notification of a Fox Micro International Customer Care Representative, standard factory stock material may be returned within 14 days from original date of purchase as shown on the invoice. Except for special orders and non-stock items, restrictions apply and there are no returns accepted. All returned material must be received by Fox Micro International in condition suitable for resale, with original packaging unopened and original seals intact. 

  • Accepted returns are subject to 25% restocking charge.
  • Material that is not within dating guidelines or otherwise not salable will not be accepted.

 

Defective Product/Warranty Returns

  • If product is under warranty from a manufacturer, contact Fox Micro International Customer Care. We will arrange to get the item returned to the vendor and credit will be issued for that item. Please note: Shipping costs for the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.

All returns are subject to a count and inspection at time of receipt by Fox Micro International.

How to Prepare Merchandise for Return

  • Contact your Fox Micro International Customer Care Representative at (972) 690-1590 (or sales@foxmicroint.com) and request a Return Authorization Number.
  • At time of request, you will need to provide:
  • Quantities and description of item(s) to be returned
  • Packing slip or invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the return

A Fox Micro International Customer Care Representative will process your request. If you are returning stock merchandise, you will be advised whether it will be picked up or is to be shipped to Fox Micro International freight prepaid, denial or applicable restocking charges. Upon receipt of product, Fox Micro International will inspect for condition and dating. If acceptable, return credit will be processed.

Fox Micro International will not accept returns for credit if:

  • Boxes displaying marks, stickers or writing
  • Products with short or missing components
  • Special order items

Merchandise Damaged During Transit

To receive prompt replacement and avoid unnecessary paperwork, the following requirements must be met:

  • Each shipment should be thoroughly examined at time of delivery. Any loss or serious damage to cartons or merchandise should be noted on the freight bill and signed by the carrier's driver. Failure to make such notations may invalidate the claim.
  • Damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unless damaged in transit, all merchandise must be returned in condition suitable for resale, with original packaging unopened and original seals intact.


Claims for Shortages in Shipment and Defective Products

  • Shortages must be reported to Fox Micro International within 24 hours of delivery. Shortages concealed due to full skid deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If these conditions are not met, Fox Micro International reserves the right to refuse claims.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Credit Card

We accept Master card, Visa and American Express. You will be asked to provide your credit card billing address if your package is shipped to an address different from the one on your billing statement. Failure to do so may result in a delay of the processing of your order. This information is necessary to ensure the security of all credit card transactions and help to reduce credit card fraud.

Open Terms

To open an account with terms, a credit application pdf  (272 KB) needs to be completed and emailed to: accounting@foxmicroint.com. Upon an approved credit application, businesses may be eligible for a line of credit. Standard terms are net 30 days, unless other terms are specified in a separate written agreement.
